Where is an enquiry stored?

The enquiry is stored in the password-protected WordPress administration area before an email notification is attempted. This prevents an enquiry from being lost if website email delivery fails. Authorised website administrators can access it.

Legal basis and retention

Woodville processes an enquiry because you asked for information about a possible stay and because responding is necessary before any accommodation arrangement can be made. Enquiries should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for correspondence, booking records and applicable legal obligations.

Sharing

Woodville does not sell enquiry information. Website hosting, email and technical service providers may process information only as needed to operate those services.
